    New Jersey Medical Marijuana Lawsuit

      New Jersey’s medical cannabis act became law three years ago. And despite Gov Christie agreeing to implement the act, only one dispensary has opened to date.   Now, a lawsuit filed a year ago seeks to immediately expedite the opening of the originally allotted six dispensaries.   The lawsuit accuses the New Jersey Health Department of sabotaging the program.   The suit asks the court to ease restrictions making it difficult for physicians to register for the …More
