The D-I-High, Step by Step
Work down the line, top to bottom. This isn't a race — every step earns its place.
Empty the bottle completely
We suggest enjoying The Judge's Stash first… but hey, we're not here to tell you how to live your life. Just get it good and empty.
Put on your safety glasses
Seriously. This is glass, and you're about to drill into it. We shouldn't have to spell it out — but our lawyer insists.
Rinse the bottle thoroughly
Give it a proper rinse with clean water and let it dry. Start your build on a clean canvas — the Judge would approve.
Stick on the adhesive drill guide
Place it about 1.5–2" up from the bottom of the bottle. Pick a clear spot — not over that gorgeous embossed label. We worked hard on that, man.
Lubricate the bit and the glass
Wet the diamond-tipped bit and the drill spot with a little water. It keeps the bit cool and cuts way down on glass dust.
Drill slow. Real slow.
Line the bit up with the guide and let the drill do the work. It's not a race — pressing hard just gets you broken glass and shattered dreams. Easy does it.
Clean it out — thoroughly
Once the hole's clean through, wash out every last bit of glass dust. Nobody wants a mouthful of that later. Trust us and rinse it twice.
Seat the grommet and downstem
Slide the rubber grommet and O-ring onto the downstem, then push it snugly into the hole. Fill the bottle with clean water to check for a nice tight seal.
Pack the bowl and enjoy
Drop in the ceramic bowl, pack it with your favorite dried herb, and you're done. Nice work — you've officially earned your Judge's Stash black belt in D-I-High.
