The active ingredients in CHEECHED Vapes have been the subjects of dozens of clinical studies showing their effectiveness. But don't just take our word for it. We publish verified third-party reviews from real customers under every product, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

We have thousands of happy customers who have helped make these vapes one of our best-sellers.

But the best way to know if it works for YOU is to try it yourself. That's why we back every order with a lifetime money-back guarantee for the cost of the product. Give them an honest try, completely risk-free.

A few big things. First, we use authentic live resin (~25%+ THCa). A lot of vapes you'll see are just 5% THCa isolate, so that's a huge quality gap. Second, our full cannabinoid blend (live resin THCa, CBD live resin, THCV, and Delta-8 THC, PTSA-free and food-grade) is made from 100% hemp-derived ingredients with no cutting agents, glycerin, or MCT oil. And every single batch is full-panel tested by ACS Labs for compliance and safety. This is as clean and thoughtfully formulated as it gets.

It's designed as a disposable for maximum convenience. Just open, enjoy, and recycle when you're done. No cables, no refilling, no fuss.

Sour Diesel is a legendary sativa strain that's energizing, cerebral, and creatively uplifting. The CHEECHED Vape captures that signature profile with authentic live resin terpenes. Expect a get-things-done, inspired kind of vibe. It's Cheech's pick for a reason.

First off, you're gonna be okay. THC has a high safety profile, and while taking more than intended can feel intense, serious reactions are very rare for healthy adults. If you ever feel like you've gone further than you wanted to, find a comfortable spot, stay hydrated, have a light snack, and just let it ride. It'll pass. And next time, you'll know your sweet spot.

That said, a couple of important notes: if you're pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, or managing a health condition, please check in with your doctor before using our products. They know your full picture better than we do, and we'd rather you ask than guess.

And if you're ever genuinely worried, about yourself or someone you're with, you can always call Poison Control any time, day or night, at 1-800-222-1222. The call is free, confidential, and the folks on the line know exactly what to do.

Yes. CHEECHED Vapes are made with real Delta-9 THC, which will show up on a standard drug test. If you're subject to regular screenings, you should probably skip these…

Yes. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, all of our products are federally legal and can ship straight to your door. No medical card, no dispensary trip, no problem. We wouldn't put our names on anything that wasn't above board.

Please note, due to state restrictions, we don’t currently ship CHEECHED Vapes to Alabama, Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.

In most cases, yes. Because of state restrictions, we don't currently ship CHEECHED Vapes products to Alabama, Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming.

But if you live anywhere else in the US, you're good to go.

While all of our products are 100% federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, some states layer their own rules on top. We keep each product page updated with the latest state restrictions, and our checkout will flag anything we can't deliver to your shipping address.

Yes, and we take this part very seriously, man. Every single batch goes through rigorous third-party lab testing for potency, purity, and contaminants. You can view the lab reports (COAs) right on our website or by scanning the QR code on your jar.

Not at all. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, everything on this site is 100% federally legal for anyone 21+.

Medical cards exist for state-regulated cannabis programs, but all of our products are made from hemp (a type of cannabis bred to be lower in THC). Hemp doesn't mean weaker, though. The THC in our products IS the same you'd find in any dispensary. Same compound, same effects. We just extract it from a federally legal source.

Federal law caps hemp products at 0.3% THC by weight, and every batch of ours stays well under that threshold, full stop. So no medical card, no doctor's note, no dispensary line. Just be 21+ and live in a state we ship to.

We ship all of our products discreetly. That means no logos, and no hints about what's inside. (Your business is your business, man.)

Most orders ship within 1 business day, with typical delivery in 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

For more on shipping times and tracking, see the Shipping section of our FAQ.

Yes, Cheech & Chong products are 21+, but the age verification process is fast and easy. For the full breakdown, check out the Age Verification section of our FAQ.

The short version: we use a third-party service called AgeChecker that verifies your age 99 times out of 100 just from public records. Just make sure the name and billing address you enter at checkout match what's on your driver's license, drop in your birth date, and you're done.

If you happen to be part of the 1% who need extra help with age verification, just reach out to one of our customer service rockstars. They’re at 833-667-3223 from 9 AM to 5 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday.
